A space to be heard

Where healing begins and personal growth flourishes

You may feel that it's time for you to talk to someone, to offload in a confidential and impartial space, vent, process thoughts and feelings, or try to find a solution. Whatever you are struggling with and whatever you want to get out of the therapeutic relationship, I am here to help. I do not advise as I believe that you hold the answers to your challenges as you know yourself better than anyone else.

Counselling sessions & fees

Counselling sessions for individuals last 50 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis initially, and cost from £55 per session.

Sessions may also be covered by health insurance through Bupa, AXA and Vitality Health for eligible clients.

My cancellation policy is 48 hours. If a session is cancelled within that time, I will do my best to reschedule, but reserve the right to charge for the session. I accept payment in cash or by bank transfer.
